Mum’s party

Today was a very special day to mum. It was her retirement’s party day. That’s why I made sure to be there since dad wasn’t coming with us. He couldn’t make it coz he wanted to sleep and Sunday was his only day off, so he spent it in his dear rosey bed. 

Mum woke me up at 9 am, and we both got well-dressed up and we headed to mum’s work resident ( where the party was). It was a very hot day. The sun almost burnt our skin although 4 days ago it was raining for 2 damn days. Anyhow, We got to my mum’s old working office and we found everyone there!  And I mean EVERYONE! And when I say everyone, meaning every single friend my mum’s ever has/had.

It was a very nice party. We had traditional breakfast, a lot of snaps and flashes, then we had cold drinks and desert, still a lot of snaps and flashes and finaly, they gave my mum 2 valuable presents. They are : One, a sculpture of Jesus’s face. And two, Tea pod. It was very nice.

We went back home, and what cheered me up the most, that mum was happy and above all, she was happy that I shared her that day.
